On the same site, a 3,000 sq ft engineering workshop has been completely redeveloped by service manager Dave Shaw to incorporate overhead craneage and multi-function workstations allowing even the largest equipment to be replaced and overhauled.

Ongoing training ensures that the Weldmore engineering team keeps up with the rapidly changing technology within the welding industry, while guaranteeing that the company retains its status as an approved service centre for major equipment manufacters including Lincoln, Thermadyne, SAF Oerlikon, Butters and Mosa Generators

Three additional engineers offer on site repairs and an equipment calibration service as well as maintaining the company's extensive hire fleet of more than 300 machines.

Why not ask about our preventative maintenance package that includes weekly, monthly, six monthly or yearly visits from our engineers. No matter what make or how many machines you have, we can offer a maintenance plan to suit your needs.

Example , mig plant : Our engineer will remove covers, inspect for dust build up and internal damage i.e. loose connections etc., check torch for damage, align feed system and check earth and interconnections.

Frequency : weekly, monthly or six monthly.
